We are privileged to have several reading groups running throughout the academic year, hosted by CMS staff members. These are a brilliant way for staff and students alike to benefit from the range of specialties in the CMS, and to hone their own skills.
This semester, we are running the following reading groups:
Old English Reading Group
Old English Reading Group (OERG) is run by Dr Hattie Soper.
This semester, it will take place on Fridays from 3-4pm in Hattie’s office . Everyone is welcome, and no prior knowledge or experience of Old English is needed.

Old Norse Reading Group
A new addition this semester is the Old Norse Reading Group! This will also be run by Dr Hattie Soper, and it will take place on Fridays at 4pm (directly after the Old English Reading Group). No prior knowledge or experience needed.

Old French Reading Group
